Arabian Coast

Inspired by the Arabian Nights stories, most specifically Aladdin, this exotic area recreates 15th Century Arabia in a Disney way. This is where you'll be whisked off to a Whole New World where anything is possible and magic is strong. This is the Arabian Coast, and you don't need to wish on a genie's lamp to get here.

When you first walk in from London Docks, you come across a gift shop and restaurant on your right. The gift shop is Open Sesame and the restaurant is Prince Ali Oasis. On the left, near the border to Greek Seashore, you can go on Sinbad's Storybook Voyage or ride the Caravan Carousel, both of which are cloned from the original Tokyo Disneysea versions.
If you head up north, you can see the Agrabah Bazaar on your right. Inside a big palace, you can go on The Journey of Aladdin, an original dark ride where you ride camels through the story of the animated Disney classic. The ride exits into Cave of Wonders, a gift shop. Watching the ride is the restaurant Sultan's Palace. In front of Aladdin, you can ride Genie's Flying Carpets. To the right of that is the Magic Lamp Theater, a live action and 3-D show starring the Genie. If you walk any further, you will go over the bridge to Magical Fjord.

  1. The Journey of Aladdin is original? What a fun idea! The concept of riding a camel is intriguing. I can just hear the music and picture walking through an Arabian marketplace!
