Mystic Point

Greetings, explorers and adventurers, and welcome to this jungle residence of one of the SEA's most boldest adventurers, Lord Henry Mystic. For years, he has been building up his collection of antiques and artifacts from around the world, and now he's inviting anyone wanting to see this collection to his home of Mystic Point. However, there is some supernatural activity in the air with his newest acquisition, a Balinese music box rumored to bring anything its dust touches to life.

When you first arrive in the jungle outpost, you first go through an explorer village before going near Mystic's residence itself. On the right is the Adventurer's Lodge, an exploration experience. Also there is the Explorer's League Hall, where you can dine. Around the lodge are a bunch of references to other members of the SEA, including Harrison Hightower III, the ill-fated thief and hotel owner from Tokyo Disneysea's Tower of Terror. On the left is Acquisitions from Afar, a gift shop.
When you get onto Mystic's residential area, you walk past a statue of Lord Henry Mystic and his monkey companion, Albert. On the left of that is the Digsite, where you can dig for lost artifacts. While you see Mystic's Museum on the right, you will come across the Garden of Wonders on the left. It is full of historical artifacts that come to life from time to time. At the furthest edge of the area is the entrance to the Museum, where you can ride Mystic Manor, an extended version of the original Hong Kong Disneyland attraction, now with African, Native American, Fossil, Viking, Aztec, and Indian rooms added to the Music, Mediterranean, plant, Slavic, Egyptian, armor, Polynesian, and Chinese rooms. The ride exits into Wonders of the World, a gift shop.

This was a fun area because I have much interest in history and exploration. I added more to Mystic Manor because of that. However, this is probably the park's smallest area and thus I might've drawn it too large on the map. I don't know. Maybe it will be that big. Mom once told me she would like to live in a place built after Mystic Manor with its Chinese-Victorian-Russian design.

  1. Such an interesting story behind this area. I still would really love to see that manor. The monkey is cute too!
