Grand Disney Resort--an Introduction

 

Hello everyone. My name is Mason Gene Marker. This is my newest blog in a collection of several. I have made two other Disney blogs, Disneytopia FIles and Rio Disneyland, but this is the latest (and hopefully greatest) one yet. This is a Walt Disney World-style theme park adventure with four amusement parks, several hotels, and maybe a few other surprises.

Parks included:

  • Grand Disneyland
  • Grand Disneysea, a nautical-themed park inspired by Tokyo DisneySea.
  • Disney Studios, a park based on movies, TV, show business, music, and Broadway.
  • Disney's World of Wonder, a park based off of the world (similar to Epcot's world showcase) with a Disney twist.
Also included:
  • Several Disney hotels
  • Disney Docks, a sea-themed Downtown Disney
  • Lava Island Water Park
I conceived this with no intentions of making it real. I was inspired by ideal buildouts from the internet and I wanted to design a Disney park complex. Although I was disappointed by how the maps turned out, my Mom praised them, which inspired me to do more. I made a park called Disneyspires, but it was unoriginal and I wasn't satisfied with it, so I re-imagined it as World of Wonder, which I think will go better. All four of these parks are connected in one way or another, making getting around very easy. Despite mixed feelings, I am actually very excited to plan this one out.

    The World of Wonder will not be a global adventure. Instead, it will just be areas based off of Disney stuff.

    Great introduction! It hooks the reader and gets them excited about seeing more. This just might be the latest and greatest! So proud of you already!

Film Backlot

  Ever wondered what it is like to be a part of film production? Well, here is where you can go behind the scenes of movies, or watch as movies, television shows, and stage productions come to life. Not just do you get to take a peek behind the sets, but you get to join in on the entertainment universe itself. When you enter in from Hollywood Boulevard, you go into a studio. On the left, you can eat at the Backlot Bistrot, which contains six different dining rooms themed to live-action productions. On the right, you can go to the Hollywood and Vine. Up ahead where the road splits, you can hop on a tram for the Studio Backlot Tram Tour, where you tour a film backlot and see recreated sets from Pirates of the Caribbean, Mary Poppins Returns, the live-action remakes of Beauty and the Beast, Alice in Wonderland, and Aladdin, and more.
