Magical Highlands

For those of you who seek enchantment, look no further than here. Up in the highlands of Europe are the marvelous worlds of Brave, Cinderella, Wind in the Willows, and Peter Pan. Here, magic of all kinds come to life and drive you through many adventures, big and small. This is where the magic happens.

When you first walk in, you enter a Scottish village. On the left is the Witch's Cottage, a recreation of the one seen in Brave. On the right is a forest, and up ahead is an archery range. North from the witch's cottage is A Brave Flight, which is housed in a recreation of Castle Dunbroch. In this attraction, the wisps guide you on a flight over Dunbroch and the Scottish highlands. It is basically Soarin' with a more adventurous twist. The ride exits into King Fergus's Treasures. To the east of the archery range is a market, where you can see Clan Kitchen, Superstition Shop, Wisp Wonders, and Queen Elinor's Banquet Hall. In the Archer's Den, you can meet Merida herself.
Southeast from the Scottish section, you will find a Cinderella-themed section. First thing you come across is Jaq and Gus's Gift Shop. Indoor family rides in the area include Cinderella's Magical Story, a dark ride of the film where you ride carriages through the story of Cinderella, Fairy Godmother Twirl, a Mad Tea Party-style attraction, and Glass Slipper Spin, where you ride glass slippers around in a ride similar to Mater's Junkyard Jamboree. Behind Cinderella's Magical Story is Prince Charming Cafe. Near the attractions, you can cross a bridge over to Volcanic Isle.

To the east of that area is a small area based on Wind of the Willows, where you can dine in Toad Hall to the west or ride Mr. Toad's Motor Mania, an Autopia-style attraction, to the east.
Finally, in the southern portion of the land is a Peter Pan area. When going down, there are three buildings: Lost Boys Collections, Tinker Bell's Lost Things, and Captain Hook's Treasure Trove. To the right is Cubby's Cantina. In the area is a spinning ride, Tinker Bell's Flying Fairy Floats, a Dumbo-like ride. To the east of that around a lake with the Jolly Roger afloat in it is Neverland Explorers, where you get to explore Neverland. Think of it more as like a longer Peter Pan's Flight, except you're on a trackless ride system. The ride exits into Pixie Dust Peculiarities. Mr. Smee's Seafood is also in the area. Going south will take you over the bridge to Star Wars: Spaceport.

This was a challenge, and whether I succeeded or failed is yet to be decided. My objective was to create a different Fantasyland for this park, so I took a bunch of fantasy films and put them all together. I think I might have gotten it down, but I don't know. I feel like this might be a highly criticized area. However, I can rest aside knowing that at least the little kids would enjoy it. This area is made for families, and hopefully they will appreciate it.

  1. I don’t think this area will be criticized at all. I think people will welcome the idea of some variety to fantasyland. The Brave ride and Exploring Neverland sound really fun to me. I actually want to watch Brave again now because I think I’ve only seen It once or twice. I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen The Wind in the Willows. Is that where Mr Toad comes from?
