Progress City
Welcome to a bright, optimistic, wonderful world where a Utopian society is being built. Based on the ideas of a bright future, this land celebrates the idea that the world is always advancing and working to solve great problems. Here, you will experience things that will encourage you to make the world a brighter place, and to look forward to a great, big, beautiful tomorrow.
When you walk in from Avengers World, you go down a futuristic-looking street split in two by a bunch of fountains. On the left, you can find Wreck-it Ralph Web-Jumper, an attraction that celebrates rapidly advancing technology, where you ride a "WiFi Shuttle" through the games of Litwack's Arcade and the Internet, and on the right is WALL-E Earth Voyager, where you go on a flight over the world and help pick up scattered trash. The former ride is a motion simulator while the latter is an interactive flying ride. The former attraction exits into Wonders of WiFi while the latter attraction exits into Better World, both of which are gift shops. Near Wreck-it Ralph is Litwack's Arcade, where you can play classic video games, including Fix-it Felix, Jr. Around these attractions are Axiom Diner and Sugar Rush Candy Shop.
Up ahead is the town plaza, where you can dine at EPCOT Eats, a restaurant which showcases Walt Disney's designs for the Experimental Prototype City of Tomorrow, which evolved into Epcot Center in Orlando. You can also find Disney InfINity Store nearby. Up ahead is Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress, a clone of the current Magic Kingdom attraction, which celebrates technological advancements throughout the early 20th Century. To the left of it is another place to sign up for Wilderness Explorers. Above the Carousel of Progress is the Monorail station, which transports guests to Tomorrowland in Grand Disneyland. Behind the Carousel of Progress is Innoventions, where you can learn how to make the world a better place in hands-on exhibit. MouseGear is found next to it.

Back in the 1950's and 1960's, Walt Disney began to develop a Utopian city for the future. This included office buildings, apartment buildings, and a hotel. He called it "Progress City," something that would become his vision of EPCOT, or the Experimental Prototype City Of Tomorrow. This is the background for Walt Disney World's theme park, Epcot. However, after Walt died, his dream city was put into question. The city idea was abandoned by the imagineers because they knew that they couldn't control how people were going to live their lives, and so they instead made Epcot Center. This area, although the smallest area in the park, is tribute to Walt's ideas of a Utopian society. It focuses highly on a great future, one that can exist if the world comes together and makes it so. I added WALL-E and Wreck-it Ralph for two reasons. One of them was because I didn't want the area to be boring, and the other reason was because they symbolized advancements in technology (Wreck-it Ralph) and making the world a better place (WALL-E). Although it might not be the most acclaimed part of the park, I'm sure that Walt himself would be happy with this area, and I hope people see it as a tribute to his ideas of a better future.

What a great tribute to Walt’s original idea. I agree…I think he’d be very happy with it. I totally get why you added in Wreck it Ralph and Wall-E, and I think it was the perfect choice to spice up the area in all the right ways.
